We are seeking a detail-oriented Locksmith to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of locks. Also programing and cutting vehicle keys along with door lock cylinders, etc. This role requires a strong understanding of lock mechanisms and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Locksmith, you will work in our main store location but occasionally can work in various environments, including residential, commercial, and automotive settings.
DUTIES
Install, repair, and replace locks and locking mechanisms for homes, businesses, and vehicles.
Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and efficiently.
Provide key duplication services and create master key systems.
Conduct security assessments to recommend appropriate locking solutions for clients.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory of locks and keys.
Stay updated on the latest locksmithing techniques and technologies to enhance service offerings.
SKILLS
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot lock issues effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Attention to detail to ensure precision in installations and repairs.
