DESCRIPTION:The Bay County Board of County Commissioners will hold its 14th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5 p.m. Thursday\, Nov. 30 at the Bay County Government Center\, located at 840 W. 11th St.\, Panama City. \n\n\n\nThe Bay High School Choir will perform Christmas music while free hot cocoa and cookies are served to the public as they await a special appearance by Santa Claus. \n\n\n\nThe public is invited to attend and encouraged to bring cameras for photos with Santa. \n\n\n\nhttps://www.facebook.com/BayCountyFLEmergencyServices/
