DESCRIPTION:The community is invited to join the City of Lynn Haven to celebrate at the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Festival on Monday\, January 20\, 2025\, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Sharon Sheffield Park. \n\n\n\nThis commemorative event will feature performances by local organizations and highlight the rich cultural tapestry that unites our community. The tentative schedule is as follows (*subject to change): \n\n\n\n10:00AM – 10:20AM – DJ ET – Music   \n\n\n\n10:20AM – 10:50AM – Family Wealth Moguls – Band   \n\n\n\n10:50AM – 11:20AM – It’s Up 2U Choir – Choir  \n\n\n\n11:30AM – 12:00PM – Welcome and Opening Ceremony   \n\n\n\n12:00PM – 1:00PM – Dionzia Santiago & Friends – Band  \n\n\n\n1:20PM – 1:50PM – Dance Kraze – Dance  \n\n\n\n1:50PM – 2:20PM – Sapphire Elite Cheer – Cheer   \n\n\n\n2:30PM – 3:30PM – True Soul – Band   \n\n\n\n3:30PM – 4:00PM – DJ ET – Music  \n\n\n\nAttendees can explore offerings from booth vendors\, purchase festival t-shirts at The City of Lynn Haven tent\, and enjoy the variety of over 20 food trucks on site. \n\n\n\nThis festival promises a day of reflection\, entertainment\, diversity\, and harmony\, and will reinforce the principles that Dr. King dedicated his life to seeing through.  City Manager Vickie Gainer shares her enthusiasm for the upcoming event\, “The City of Lynn Haven is excited to continue this heartfelt tradition in our community.
