It’s family-friendly and FREE! \n\n\n\nThe Jingle Bell Express will run on Friday and Saturday evenings during the first three weekends in December\, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm\, providing a delightful opportunity for families and friends to enjoy the magic of the season. The Jingle Bell Express will make stops at cherished local businesses\, including Destination Panama City\, History Class Brewing Company\, Mosey’s Downtown\, The Panama City Publishing Company Museum\, Uncle Ernie’s\, and Oaks by the Bay Park. Passengers will have the chance to explore these wonderful stops\, including the historic neighborhoods of Downtown Panama City and St. Andrews\, and enjoy the festive decorations\, delicious holiday treats\, and unique shopping opportunities. \n\n\n\nAdding to the merriment\, Panama City A Cappella will be on hand to lead everyone in spirited Christmas carols\, filling the air with the sweet sounds of the season. SUMMARY:Lynn Haven's 8th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting
DESCRIPTION:The City of Lynn Haven invites the community to ignite the holiday season by joining us for our 8th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting event on Tuesday\, December 3rd\, 2024\, from 5:30 – 8:00 PM at Sharon Sheffield Park. \n\n\n\nThe city\, along with WJHG News Channel 7\, will present a Holiday Spectacular singing lineup and feature Neysa Wilkins! Festivities will kick off at 5:30 PM. The tree lighting will be held at exactly 6:00 PM with a countdown by City Manager\, Vickie Gainer. \n\n\n\nAttendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the musical performances in the park. There will be a photo opportunity with Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus\, free hot chocolate and cookies\, and food for purchase through food trucks on-site. The lighting of the 35-foot Christmas Tree symbolizes the start of all holiday events for City of Lynn Haven residents. \n\n\n\nMayor Jesse Nelson shares that the holiday season is always memorable in the City of Lynn Haven. He states\, “The holidays are truly the most wonderful time of the year because they bring together our community while in a festive atmosphere. Each event features a variety of musical genres from local and regional artists\, along with food trucks and yard games for visitors to enjoy.
